Bee Happy Guarantee
if you're not HAPPY with your Virtual Assistant in the first 30 days, we will pay back the security deposit and refund the setup fee, support fee and cancel our agreement. However, any hours worked by your Virtual Assistant MUST be paid directly to the virtual assistant.

2. SECURITY Deposit

No one likes to NOT get paid, especially Virtual Assistants who do the work and then their clients do not pay them on time or simply do not pay. I learned this the hard way.

One of my very first clients, a fairly prominent female speaker, who coaches business owners, did not pay me for services provided. She ghosted me and to this day, she's never made good on her financial obligation. Some lessons you learn the hard way!

We therefore ask out clients to pay a security deposit before the VA commences work: 

$100 for a VA working 1 hour per day

$250 for VA working 2-4 hours per day

$500 for VAs working 4+ hours per day
Terms & Conditions: 
The security deposit is 100% refundable minus transaction fees on the return of the exact amount you send to us. Your Virtual Assistant will typically invoice you on the 1st and 15th of the month for hours worked. If a client does NOT pay their VA with 1-5 days of receiving invoice, will will use the security deposit to pay the Virtual Assistant

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You will be invoiced TWICE per month by your virtual assistant. Your Virtual Assistant keeps track of work done and hours worked and typically invoice you on the 1st and 15th of the month.  We request you pay your Virtual Assistant within 24-48 hours of receiving their invoice, and no later than 5 working days.
