PHASE 1: APPLICATION
STEP 1 — Review Main Website Home Page

STEP 2 — Complete Application & Submit Your Resume
Carefully complete the application form with accurate and professional information, and submit an updated professional resume that clearly outlines your experience, responsibilities, skills, and achievements.
STEP 3 — Submit Your 60-Second Video Introduction
Your application will NOT be reviewed until your video introduction is submitted.
This video helps us evaluate:
Communication
Confidence
Professionalism
Energy
Overall fit
Please take the time to present yourself professionally.
PHASE 2: SELECTION PROCESS
STEP 4 — Application & Video Review
Our HR team will review your application, resume, and video introduction. Only shortlisted candidates will move forward to the next stage.
STEP 5 — Interview Process
If selected, you’ll be invited for an interview. Please take this process seriously. Attendance, punctuality, responsiveness, and communication matter greatly to us. Candidates who miss interviews, arrive late without notice, or communicate poorly may be disqualified from current and future opportunities.
PHASE 3: SKILL TESTING
STEP 6 — Complete Skill Assessments
Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage will move into skill-based testing.
Depending on the role you are applying for, assessments may include:
Administrative Tasks
Executive Assistant Tasks
Customer Support Tasks
Sales or Marketing Tasks
Social Media Tasks
Technical or Role-Specific Assessments
PHASE 4: FINAL VETTING & COMMUNITY ONBOARDING
STEP 7 — Complete English Communication & Personality Assessments
Selected candidates may be required to complete communication and personality assessments as part of the final vetting process.
STEP 8 — Create Your BeeEPiC Resume
You’ll be required to set up your BeeEPiC Resume using our professional template.
STEP 9 — Record Your “Why Pick Me” Video
This is one of the most important parts of the process. Your “Why Pick Me” video is often one of the first things clients review before deciding whether to interview you. This is your opportunity to professionally position yourself and stand out from other candidates.
STEP 10 — Join the BeeEPiC Community & Receive Opportunities
Once all stages are successfully completed, you will officially become part of the BeeEPiC community and may begin receiving client opportunities that match your skills and experience.
