If We Can’t Find A Suitable Match Within 30 Days: Full refund of setup fee if we cannot match you with a suitable VA within 30 days of payment.
3 Attempts: If after three VA placements fail to meet the job requirements, we will issue a refund of:
– Hiring Setup Fee
– Success Optimization Support Fee
– Security Deposit
30 Day Refund Reset Period: If VA is replaced, the 30-Day guarantee period is reset.
Conditions of Refund
– VAs/EAs must be paid for hours worked.
– Client MUST keep us informed weekly on progress to qualify for refund.
– Client must provide adequate guidance, SOPs, instructions
– Client must meet with VA/EA regularly to review performance and give course correction (recommend minimum 2-3 times a week during first 60 days)
